What I love about NHAM24

Living in Cambodia for more than a decade, it is amazing to see how the country is trying to improve and how people here are welcoming trends and apps that are considered to be helpful. As you may all know I have been a busy working mom for a long long time, and preparing food for my family most of the times is a serious CHALLENGE! Yes! I mean, most of the days I arrive home, I am too powerless to cook a meal for them. Okay, that’s exaggeration, you do normally see I still post #instaphotos most of the times. Let’s just say, I cook for my family Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesdays,,,? well, all teachers know how much energy we have left after a Wednesday class. Hahaha. Phew! Being known as a resourceful and practical person, using food service delivery could be one of the things I will fall into for me to be able to survive a week of work without compromising my family’s needs. “Good thing I met, NHAM 24. A reliable app that delivers food from any favorite restaurants of ours in Cambodia. I can’t imagine my life now without it. Let’s take a look at what are the things I love about NHAM24.”

Cambodia’s Super App

USER FRIENDLY– I do just find the app easy to use more than any other apps available. Yes, I did try other apps, but I have never felt the kind of comfort and ease I got from NHAM24. I think it has to do something with the colors and graphics they use. If you are not having any clue, I am a visual person. So yeah, the app is friendlier than our neighbors. HAHAHA

PAYMENT OPTIONS – No filter, I used to pay cash before, probably because that time, online banking was still not a thing. Nowadays, every time I make transactions with NHAM24, I do use the online banking. I have never felt unsafe putting my card details through their app. It is secure and reliable. To top it all up I can even add the driver’s tip through it. When the world faced the covid19 pandemic, guaranteed that this system of payment has become prominent and helpful for everyone. CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER AGENTS– I am a person who easily gets irritated and frustrated if I acquire services from people. Okay, let me rephrase, I am just to keen about the quality of services I am getting from a company or establishments, especially if it is done prepaid. I easily react, like duh, you all know that. However, so far, I have never reacted too bad about some instances that I have faced with NHAM24. There are ofcourse some instances that there mishaps and those are mostly about “wrong order/ food place”, which is beyond NHAM24’s control. If these happen, NHAM24 reacts to this with the golden rule of “customer is always right” ( this is just my assumptions). That is because with all my issues no matter how big or small, they always end up making their clients feel satisfied and valued. They definitely give back some refunds needed, or they can arrange better deals next time for you to compensate to the errors that a restaurant or their driver can cause. I always think about maybe the reason why my issues are resolved is because, their agents are just FLUENT in English. I can definitely feel that all of their agents have been trained consistently. Again, I am a person who focus on positive, though I am not hypocrite. I just speak up what I feel about it. Hahaha

CHOICES CHOICES – Well, whether you feel like eating some Indian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Filipino, Khmer, Thai, Mexican, American or ANY cuisine,,,,,, drum rolls, NHAM24 has it. They collaborate with too many restaurants. Like almost every restaurants in Phnom Penh. Well if you want to know what we are crazy about with, it is one of the restaurants along street 135 at the Russian market area. DRIVERS/DELIVERY CREW – We live on 4th floor and ordering food online to experience that perfect lazy kinda dog day we all are dreaming of, is definitely not happening if I have to go down and pick that food up. Good thing, NHAM24 delivery crew always takes our food all the way up. They are just the best. I wish the smile I give everytime I receive our orders from them make them able to feel how thankful I am for their outstanding services. Thank you delivery crew!

OTHER SERVICES – Yeah, no doubt I am an avid fan of NHAM24’s food service delivery. Not only recently that I heard that NHAM 24 also has;

Express Delivery – If you check it out on the app this is perfect for small business orders who need to deliver some goods to their customers. This basically is a courier service that can help everyone in sending and receiving parcels. What’s better about this is that NHAM Express is way cheaper than others. Check it out!
Nham Fresh – This is basically NHAM24’s own supermarket. They have premium quality products available and one thing that is great about this is that they sell these products way cheaper compare to other shops. Western good are also available from NHAM Fresh.
Flowers Delivery – Surprising your love ones and families is definitely easy with NHAM24. They do work with great Flower shops. Shops that provide premium quality of flowers where options and personalized your arrangements can be done easily. Send your love ones some flowers now!
Taxis – Renting taxis, tuk tuk, or cars is made possible by NHAM24. I do believe that transportation in Cambodia has already improved compared to before, and having an easy way to book a taxi whether for personal, business or recreational purposes is just making everyone’s lives here easier and more convenient. If only you all know how challenging, risky, and stressful it was to hire a tuk tuk 13 years back. You couldn’t believe! Hahaha, at the end I managed those well.
Groceries– The groceries feature of the app is a winner. You will see wide variety of supermarkets and convenient stores to choose from for your needs. I normally ofcourse choose a store that is closer to my place if I am in a rush, and if I am too lazy to go out. Like we all do, right?
Bakery – Ordering some bread or cookies for little snacks time or even a grand tea party is doable. Check out some bakeries that are available on the app, and I am pretty sure you will see what you need or what you want. Start that tea party now.
Alcohol – Tired of eating? Is drinking alcohol your thing? Check this feature and enjoy some great promotions that you can get from the shops that NHAM24 work with. “DRINK RESPONSIBLY”
Play and Win– I am not an online game fan, however checking the games found on NHAM24 app, this makes me change my mind. Hahaha, I will be exploring these games soon. Like after writing this blog.
Buy and Sell– This feature is where people can post what they want to sell and where they can communicate with prospect buyers of their product. I know there has been too many other ways for buy and sell, but checking this feature of NHAM24 could interest you just like me. Items that you can buy or sell on this feature falls into electronics, appliances, vehicles, real estate, fashions, hobbies, furniture, beauty, babies and toys, and food supplies categories. It is almost beyond everything already. I can’t wait to try it.
Mobile– Everyone needs a new phone! Do we? No clue of where to find good mobile deals? Check out this feature from the app, and I am quite certain with all great promotions from the app, I bet your next favorite phone is bought from here.
Booking– This is a new feature on the app where amusement park tickets can be purchased through the app. I know with the covid19 situation the park mentioned on the app is probably temporarily not operating. I am confident that once everything else turns okay, this feature would be visited frequently by many of us.

There you go guys. These are the main reasons why I love NHAM24. The ease, convenience, and quality of products they give to many of us is just something I want to commend.
